
Meet Brielle


About Me
I’m Brielle, and my journey in fitness began as a collegiate athlete, running cross country and track, specializing in the 800m and 1500m at a university in San Diego. After graduation, I knew I wasn’t ready to step away from the world of exercise, so I transitioned into sales and management at a local fitness studio, where I quickly discovered my love for coaching and watching people transform.
I loved seeing clients—whether they were new to exercise, recovering from injuries, or returning from maternity leave—achieve goals and become stronger, healthier, and happier versions of themselves.
I believe that every person, regardless of their background or experience, is an athlete. My programs are customized to meet your unique goals and needs, and I encourage my athletes to not only set physical goals but mental ones as well, empowering them to grow both inside and outside of the gym. My ultimate goal isn’t to train you for the next five years, but to guide you toward creating a sustainable, health-focused lifestyle—one where daily movement and nutrition are non-negotiable for you. I strive to make training challenging yet fun, and if you’ve never experienced that magic combination, I’d love to help you discover it.
When I’m not in the gym or on a run, you’ll likely find me outside with a book, enjoying chips and guac with friends, or dancing to live music. I look forward to seeing you at TWE soon!
