Over a decade of experience in the Fitness Industry as a Personal Trainer/Fitness Coach and bodybuilding competitor, earning the pro title in the PNBA organization in 2017.  Mom to twin boys and boy dogs who have all made our home on the sunny coast of North Carolina.

 

I thoroughly enjoy learning & have expanded my knowledge tenaciously, through various forms of health and fitness over the past decade. The more I learned, the more I loved and respect a holistic approach to physical health and wellness & want to share it with others who may be struggling. This and my love of working with clients is what inspired Total Wellness Enterprise or TWE which, just happens to also stand for "Train with Elle".  I take pride in my ability to custom tailor a program and ultimately a healthy lifestyle change for whatever your goals may be.  My mission for creating TWE is to cultivate a healthier, happier community where nutrition and movement are the first line of defense in preventative and restorative care for the body, inside and out making us your "1-stop body shop" for fitness!
